I snapped my boom support too. Small micro cable ties made a quick fix of that. I also reccomend hot glue for various fixes. I've had a problem with the bird seed nicad slipping out of it's cradle, so I hot glued it to it. If I ever had to remove, glue just peels off, yet is strong enough to hold it in place.

Done some more flying this morning... Still trying to hover 3 or 4 ft off the ground, got a little more used to controls. Airplanes take just a quick small stick movement, and a heli takes a smoother push maybe 1/4 way on the stick to make it move. Or is it just my heli?? I'm not really keen on setting it up, but I assume I'm somewhere close, or it wouldnt be flying and "trying" to hover the way it does. I am throughly impressed.
