On the belly pan, I reinforced the corners of mine with tri-stock. I put a hole through one side removing the wing once. with the tri stock its very sturdy and works very well. I also removed the covering on the wing itself and epoxied the pan to the wing that way. Much better adhesion between balsa and balsa than balsa and covering.

If you don't want to build one, I'll do it for you. $25 covered and shipped sound fair? I would be building it based off the one on my plane which is the 60 size so if you have the 46 size I wouldn't be able to do it. I could have it done this weekend, and shipped on monday.
