I did. It's not that bad to setup. The great thing about the 7c is that it will allow you to do a basic setup very easily, then when you're ready you can add dual rates and expo and mixes just as easily. I didn't do the advanced programming at first mainly because I didn't understand what it did. Now, a few weeks later I setup dual rates and expo on my trainer because the factory throws on my plane were a bit lathargic.
