I can't help with this problem but somewhere in the back of my mind I recall having sonething similar and was helped by the folks at RealFlight support, I have run through all previous emails from them but am unable to find reference to it.

Having said that, I too have an issue with RFG2 and Windows XP Pro after installing SP2 (nVidia driver is V61.77 there is some 80Gb of free hard disk space and 758Mb RAM), G2 has been on there and workinf faultlessly for a couple of years until I installed SP2, now it pauses for what I would guess to be between 1/4 and 1/3 of a second every few seconds.

Has anybody else seen this problem or have a fix for it, it seems to me that it is somehow refreshing a buffer somewhere??

Any input would be appreciated as it is quite annoying when practicing F3A and IMAC schedulrs.
