Very well said Mark. I have always had a lot of respect for Quique as a pilot, and over the last few years as I got to know him better, as a person. When Quique came out and flew his Freestyle on Sunday I gained even more respect for him as both an amazing pilot and a great person. He is a true professional and a man of great character.
That really put the whole competition into perspective for a lot of us. Its nice to do well, but at the end of the day, its the friendships and the "big family" as Mark put it, that are the most important.
