I don't have any problem with Harrier. It rocks the wings pretty much but not a big problem to get over it.
The problems are in Waterfall.
I'm using OS 46 FX with APC 12.25X3.75 Wide and it hovers at almost full throttle, but climbing out of the hover with full throttle is not a problem.
