Default RE: U can do 3d set up of dual elevator servos

Well I purchased the Expert electronics servo reverser which has centering control. However I still have a problem. Both elevator halves are centered but the left half goes up about 1/4" higher when up elev. is applied and the right half goes down the same amount when down elevator is applied. This is beginning to bug me. I have many years experience but this is my first with dual servos on elevator halves. The horns are located exactly in the same location on each elevator half. the servo arms are also the same. I have them both 90 degrees to the Stab. the angles are the same of the 4-40 rods being used connecting the servos to the horns. The only thing different is that on rod is 1 inch longer then the other. On the servo reverser only one of the servos has the centering capability. When the servos connected, are reversed the same problem still occurrs with the same elevator halves. I think eliminates the servo reverser as a problem but not totally convinced. In looking at the throws , since one servo seems to have a little more travel in both direction. So I swapped the servos for another pair of servos. It seems as if the one of the "Y" channels coming off the servo reverser appears to be giving just a little more throw to the servo connected. Using a T6XAs transmitter, does not have individual endpoint adjustment. That is why I tried the servo reverser. If I had th CAP9 I believe then I would be able to have the servos on to different channels mixed, but with ATV centering and endpoint control and remove the servo reverser and that would work. Sounds like I need the Futaba 9 chan, CAP9 Transmitter. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
