RE: Building a Dynaflite Super Decathlon
The skylite is possible and easy/difficult depending on your kit bashing willingness (abilities). I have built the Dynaflight SD, but did not make the change (a bit sorry now). I have an L4 with it, though. You would need to change the wing and fuselage so that the wing halfs butt into the fuselage with smaller tubes/sockets, and redesign the struts so that they are fully functional.
With a bit of careful design, you might save some weight.
Have fun with it, either way. You sure will enjoy the flying!
