Even though the servo leads are "keyed" with the bevelled edge, I find it possible to insert them in the inverted position. With one in the inverted position, they will all act dead. Try unplugging them all, all at the same time and check to see if you haven't maybe done that. Disconnect the battery, and wait 2 or 3 minutes. Just plug in one, then test it, then the next, etc. until you have them all plugged in and functional. If the first one you plug in won't work, ensure the plug is in correctly, or if you aren't sure, flip the plug over and try again. I have inadvertantly installed servo leads upside down, and I have been a technician for more than 30 years. I just had it happen on a new reciever that I installed in a new plane. I thought the reciever was defective, and was ready to have a conniption fit. Then I calmed down, and started over, and caught my mistake. Good luck.
