personally I'm going with the [link=http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXCZR8&P=7]GP Ultra Sport 40 Plus[/link] kit as my second plane, first kit. Flying a Superstar 40 now with the Evo TPS .45 and an Futaba 6EXA, and all equipment should transfer over nicely if I don't get a new flight pack and engine.
