If you know somebody with the Phoenix software and cable they can download the latest upgrade software into your unit and it will get rid of all the jerkiness. I agree with the setup info above but have started setting for a softer than standard current limiting and it seems to be a lot less stressful on gearboxes and props when you inadvertantly contact terra firma with no difference in flying.
