A friend test fly his WM 300S and he enlarged the air-intake holes. I think he wants more air to cool down the engine. I can see from the "Building Tips" in WM website http://www.theworldmodels.com/extra300/openings.htm
They put a OS 160 and mounted it at about 20 somethin' deg.
with extra holes for air to get in.
