Guys guys....
Flew mine today (evening), what a nice plane it is!! WM did a nice job in building this bird.
My first gas plane, using ZDZ40 and what a scaring moment it was when I took off (not because of lousy take off but first time gas motor - no experience).
Nevertheless, the extra flew very well in mild cross wind, one down trim and two clicks for right aileron. I flew for only 8 min. though but I am sure it will be fun in future.
By the way the plane weighs 15.5 lbs, I did mount the tail section permanently, reinforced the landing gear, used packaging tape on the alum. tube to reduce the gap in the wings, what else...oh, moved the engine in by 1/2" to fix the cowling trims and to balance the plane.
Sorry I do not have a digital camera (no money) otherwise I would have posted some pictures. Well I took pic. with my regular camera and I will post them asap.
