http://www.oil-store.com/ and enter your chosen oil into the search. For Mobil 291 they show $8.19 per quart, or $171.09 per case. The shipping can be quite expensive though. If I recall correctly, when I bought 4 cases of Aeroshell last time, the shipping as over $100.
BTW, note that if you are not going to be flying a lot, and/or sharing your order with friends, a case may be overkill for you. At 1 quart added per 5 gallons of kerosene, that's 126 gallons of fuel - which might take you a while to get through.
