I still havent finished setting up my Ultimate... You sound like you are on track with your servo choice, I'm glad you changed your mind from the HS 85's. The torque ratings are fine, but the gears are too small for the Huge aileron surface, the engines vibration would tear them up in a couple flights. I'm speaking for the vibration of a 120-150 Fourstroke, but anything in that size range will damage a geartrain. I would steer clear of the 605's, I have a few and I have centering problems with all of them.

I'm setting mine up for 3D. I too bought Troybuilt CF gear, in matching yellow color , a YS 120, slimline muff for smoke, JR 4721 for Rudder, JR mini Digitals for ailerons, and two 4131's set up with CF tillers for Elevators, and powerflite batteries.

Trying to keep it very light, I'm hoping to really be able to fly the wings off! I love the plane so far, even though its only hanging from my ceiling!
