Default RE: Vectorflight: To good to be true?

Be very careful when you install the joiners in the wing halves. They look very similar, but the rear joiners are slightly taller than the front ones. I found this out the hard way. It's still a great plane to fly. I installed a Sullivan tailwheel this weekend since I lost mine. Make sure you secure it well. I had to do some slight mods on the pushrods for length and throw adjsutments, but it wasn't a big hassle. The supplied throttle rod may have to be cut depending on the motor you use. It looks to be pre-designed for a 2-stroke carb out front. Also, the pre-drilled hole for it may have to be plugged and moved to fit your engine's application. Rotating the supplied mount to an inverted position was nearly effortless as well. The ample amount of room in the front of the fuse made it easy to move the blind nuts to new positions for the two holes that had to be redrilled. All of these things may seem like a great deal of effort and work, but it amazed me how fast this model went together. [8D]
