Default Bvm Wont Help ?

Now hold on you guys you need to stop this **** ! ,and start being realistic . BVM has done more for the jetset than any other manufacturer in the world , his stuff is the benchmark and it is all tested first then sold , and it works. now let me paint you a picture , a pilot has an xyz kit of an F16 and he wants the best rudder system available , the plane was not designed to have BVM 's system but he fits it . at a show he flys and has a big problem crashes and hurts a spectator, (god forbid ) , if you were bvm would you want your parts on someone else's product that caused the crash and be held liable for the legal process afterwoods ? i think not. and I for one don't blame Bob for one minute for refusing to sell the parts to jettsett. Now I also know that the kit in question is an Aviation Design F16 for which I am the sole importer. the airplane was designed in Europe to operate without a rudder as their rules imply none is required. here the AMA stipulates that the turbine powered aircraft must have a rudder. so you have to cut , shut and design the linkage for yourself, it is pretty easy for any 1/2 experienced builder you don't need to involve Mr. Violett to do your work for you. and in closing all you guys out there who have nothing better to do , if you can't say something nice , keep your opinions to yourself. happy landings,
