Default Cermark Electro-72 question

I have (had) a Cermark Easy Electro-72 powered glider. As it was an ARF,
I build it up completely stock. Had about 6 or seven really good flights on it.
Maybe, 20-25 minutes with a 8cell/1700mAh Ni-cad pack.
Now the question, I was flying on Saturday straight and level coming in about
200' when all of a sudden the plane nose-dives straight down in a death spiral.
It landed about on the belly but detraoyed the wing and tail feathers.
Blow molded fuse is repairable. When I investigated what happened, i notices that the
servo tray was completely separated from the two wooden bearers that are still
firmly attached to the sides of the fuse. The "glue joint" seems to have failed
This let the servo tray slide and complete loss of control surface authority.
Has anyone else seen this happen?
I tried to e-mail CERMARK but it came back as undeliverable.
I wrote them a letter and am awaiting their response.
