My G26 is at the RCignition shop right now getting a lightening and ignition job, so I can't compare weights yet.
My G26 with the motor mount and stock muffler weighs 65 oz.
My Saito 180 with Hangar 9 motor mounts weighs 40 oz. And I carry 22 oz of fuel at takeoff.
I have already got an Abell mufffler for the G26, it is several oz, less the stock one, and I think the G26 should be around 10 oz. less including the ign battery. I plan to carry 10 oz of gas. So if I am estimating correctly my takeoff weight should be about the same with either engine.
I am pretty sure I will use the G26 here because the big SAITO has found a happy home on the ULTRA STICK LITE.
