I don't know who you are talking about, its certainly not me as I am not planning any record attempt. Both you and Jim are getting off the point, the point being that there is no FAA waiver proceedure. With a waiver the FAA would look at each case and determine if the model can fly in that airspace or use autonomous control, that is they waive the rules.
