The C.G. (dry) is 7 to 7 1/2 inches back along the leading edge of the wing measured from the outside of the fin assembly.

On my HS I had 1 1/2" elevator throw (as recommended by Bob Wilcox) and aileron throw set at 5/8" high rate and 7/16" low rate. My elevons at this CG had 3/8" up reflex. You need all the throw you can get on the rudders, I had about 20 degrees either side of center.
