You can reuse the connecting rod and piston pin from the 16 if they are in good shape. The sleeve is not true ABC construction, I read somewhere that it is nickel plated instead of chrome plated.

I have done this mod and got a little more torque and excelleration but same top end. I have not run the engine enough to know how long this P/S combination will last.
