Default RE: Excelleron 90

Pete, Mine went together ok. I followed the instructions and maybe there is a 1/32 gap on the bottom side but that filled with epoxy when the halves are mated together. I taped the leading and trailing edges for flush and squeezed that halves together firmly and let dry. Make sure this process is done with the wing laying according to instructions. I think (and I may be wrong as I'm not looking at the instructions) the wing is assembled top down on your building board. Make sure of this part as the wing will not mate correctly if laying the wrong way up on your flat surface. Another thing to watch for when completed is the wing attachment holes were not aligned correctly on mine, another words the distance from wingtip to stab was off 1/4 inch and I had to realign the wing in the saddle and redrill the holes. That is absolutely the only snafu I ran into with this entire assy. Not too bad for a ARF in my book.
