Just came back from the first flight off my Shock flyer. I brought my Sky scooter pro II and decided to fly that before I flew the Shocky. I ended up breaking my Sooter into 2 pieces. The wind would pick up sometimes and I didn't want to through the Scooter into the wind because it would take the plane over the road(I wont do that again). So I put the scooter parts back into my car and got out the Shocky. I figured seeing as this would be my first flight I would do a ground roll take off (into the wind). I applied some power held full back on the stick and she took off in about 10 feet once off the ground I applyed full power and the Shocky went up like a modle rocket. I cought some wind and figured this was the end off my new Shocky. I regaind control and flew the traffic pattern in for a nice landing. The Shocky came down so slow that there was no ground roll. I had the idel cut off at half so the prop would be spining at a low RPM. It looked awesome as I touched down and there was my littel Shocky sitting there with the prop still going ready for another go at it. So next time up I tryed a few aerobatics like rolls, lops, hovers. I didn't want to get over confident so I came in for a nother nice dead stop landing. I decided to try it one more time. I took off from the grass and climbed up and tryed some slow flight. My third and last landing was just as good as the first 2. I have to say I never thought this plane would handle taking off from grass but it did. I also didn't think it would handle the 5-10 mph wind gusts but it did. This is a fun very powerfule little plane and Im very pleased that I picked the Shock Flyer.

I took off my 10x3.8 prop and put on the Slowflyer 9x4.7 Prop before the flight

Im also makeing a skid for the rudder so when I land it wont damage the foam.
