You're limited by that PCI slot. I cant remember the exact data rate of a standard PCI, but it's extremely slow compared to an AGP port. That Geforce card will definitely help and the price sounds right, but don't expect it to be a rocket though. You have a few factors against you. The small and slow cache of your k6 and the single datarate memory are two of them.
