that would probably be a good idea what i did on my latest cub is just cut the part that goes into the rudder off and let the tail wheel free spin it turns pretty good with just the rudder and a little air over the rudder i didnt think it was required and ill probably just take it off when i get the floats on it because ill just leave it on floats i have lots of airplanes on wheels and its the most fun on floats
