To respond to my own question about the fyling wire braces and such, I took some photos of original hardware from one of the decats that was in the hanger at my dad's work. It's really quiet simple how it's constructed and some of the pieces of excess hardware I have will be used to construct them. Here's some photos. Sorry the photos are kind of fuzzy, It was somewhat dark in the hanger and the focus wasn't able to function as well.
