Actually, by FCC law these video systems are illegal, Ham or otherwise. They broadcast in a frequency range that is used by aircraft transponders and not in a legal part of the Amateur Radio band plan. Granted, they put out extremely low power.
That being said, it might be an OK plane to dabble with as far as wireless video goes but the results will NOT be what they claim.
I havent flown that plane but have messed around with those type of video systems (prior to finding out they are illegal in the US). Results were mixed but never approaching the stated claims of range and performance.

I recommend BlackwidowAV.com but expect to pay more than a couple hundred bucks for a system. Well worth the price considering how his systems perform but more than a casual airborne video flyer might want to spend at first.
