Agood place to start would be a scaled down mini-dust from winger models....they sale plans that you could scale down to fit your
needs....I have built a few of them and they are really cool but you will have to build your own battery pack and likely use a
bladder fuel system to get every bit of performance out of the design...do a search on mini dust for my post concerning the
aircraft..
