One month ago I lost a GP Giles 202 to a wing failure. The right wing panel snapped off and totaled the airplane. Today when I was flying my second GP 202 the wing had developed cracks at the same location the first plane shed it's wing. I have emailed GP about this problem and await their response. In the meantime I encourage pilots with this airplane to inspect the bottom of the wing for cracks and if you find them to email the problem to [email protected]
