Default RE: 1/8A Speed plane

I am still not there (designing and building a .010), still playing with my trainers (kits and scratch built). The smallest I designed (20 years ago) were 1/2A trainers. I had bad experience in rubber power - the things are so sensitive to build quality. So I think I need to develop far more experience before I get to the 1/8A domain.

I do have the TD.010, and I have started gathering info.
I would like to have a smaler duplicate of that red extreme speed plane that one of the 1/2A experts in RCU community has posted images of lately- forgot who he was.
I am expecting:
1. carbon fiber almost everything, including prop;
2. 2 channel (elevator/aileron) using Microjoule(?) system or less with a smaller battery (no electric motor here)
3. Cowled engine
4. Extreme speed plaen shape or a canard (so that even the elevator will create lift and not just drag in level flight)
5. 4 oz all up weight
6. Should use a CAD software to minimize the frontal and surface areas.

Bipe Flier - how did you come up with the estimated speed?
