When I asked if I could just drive there and pick up a buggy, he said PayPal first. He had a different account before Tylot, I cannot remember the name, however, the feedback rating was about 87%. He will pop up again, they always seem to. Ebay must have caught him, otherwise, he would still be a registered user. I guess people still dont realize that this crap is illegal, stealing is stealing. The old saying goes if it seems to good to be true, then you are getting bent over. I think that is how it goes......
