Hmm that's a good point... Those people ruin things for people who REALLY need it...We do need to think of a "system" to tell if a person really needs something...If the person really wanted to know they weren't giving somthing to someone who didnt need it they could check past posts ect.. But of course you cant do this w/ people new to the forum...
