I just swapped out the stock motor with the system from an old GWS Slow Stick. I also used two Kokam 700mah. two sack packs wired in parallel and a Castle Creations Pixie ESC. I had to change out the motor mount stick, and I moved the batteries way forward for CG balance. Now my Fixx flies great.
