Hello folks,

I have A byron fan and OS91 setup in a TGA F-15. I am well aware of the oil and goo that will completely coat the inside of my fuselage, and I am trying to find a way to minimize it. Has anyone ever plummed the turn around exhaust pipe to exit outside the fuselage? I was thinking that a short diverter on the end of the pipe could run almost straight down and out a neat hole in the bottom of the fueslage. Of course that would mean oil on the outside of the fuse but I am used to cleaning that off. Is this a semi prudent solution to the Byro Blaster oil pump problem? Would the extra six or eight inches of tubing at the end of the tuned pipe cause the engine to run hotter or lose power? Is it worth the trouble?

I am open to alternative suggestions so please feel free to offer anything that you can come up with or have tried with some measure of success. I am desperately trying to avoid filling my aft fuselage (hard to clean) with oil every flight.
