Unfortunately...yes. Take a look at the new nVidia 6600GT PCI-Express, bridged for AGP. It's two something right now, and AFAIK, the only PCI-E, AGP bridged card available right now.

I don't know if this will take care of your problem completely...get a card from somewhere that guarantees a return if it doesn't work to suit...good luck.
