Default In regards to RotoPod Question.....

I too am just starting out and have a RotoPod on my Venture. I had the same problem with it bobbling around at first. I just tightened the bolt about 1.5 turns and it is pretty stable now. It still needs some t/r input when sitting on the ground, but if you throttle up just to the point before it lifts off, then the t/r will stay steady.

The RotoPod is great because you can get the heli light and roll it around to get a feel for the sticks. It is also VERY soft. I had my Venture about eye level (~6ft) when the engine died. (My second flight, the fifth tank of fuel). Anyway, It died and I went to full collective (~10 degrees) and it bounced a couple of times to saftey. Saved me a $50 crash kit and Alot of time. And with my numb thumbs.... it had paid for itself at least 10 times over.

To sum it up... Great Product.... Ive had several ppl tell me they think that it is the best stand they have ever seen.
