Some of you may know me already, or may know a bit of history behind my situation.
i enjoy training people. While i am an avid sport flyer, teaching people to fly is very rewarding and is usually the start of another flying buddy. However, after an unfortunate mid-air involving my pride and joy, the extreme flight yak 54, i had to do an emergency transfer of equipment from my trainer to my twist in order to have something sporty to fly. (my trainer is simply too slow paced for me) which makes sense because i fly my sporty planes a lot more than i flew my trainer. Now however that i have a primary plane and an emergency backup/wuper rediculously windy day throw around plane, i need to get my trainer back into flying shape, so i can continue training others. I have been generously offered a radio/rx which really made my day, (if you wish i will mention you here, PM me) and i have inquired about an engine, but i still need to replace my throttle and elevator servos, which were also transfered to my twist. I would have preffered to buy the parts myself, but i am currently in debt to my parents over the yak because they were kind enough to pay for the replacement on the condition that i pay them back as the $$ becomes available, but at 14 allowance is limited so i will be in debt for a while before i can actually begin to save up for any equipment. if anyone has two standard JR or futaba servos, i would appreciate it if they would let me know.
