Alpha Corsair vs 3d Flyer
I know the topic seems odd but this is my problem. I am new and currently have a slow stick and can handle it without any problems. At this point I can fly it and never crash unless I am really fooling around like seeing how low I can do a loop. Anyway, I am ready to move on and am hooked on the looks, etc. of the Corsair and have always loved this plane. This would without a doubt be my next plane except that it does not have elevator control. So, I kind of feel like I am not really "flying" a complete plane because I don't have to learn how to control all three control surfaces. So, I am considering a 3d plane (don't know which one but something I can learn on) because it has all the surfaces.
I figure whichever one I get I will get a complete new package including the transmitter so that I can use the slow stick for my kids and others to learn in. Is it possible to add elevator to the corsair? Is it worth it? Should I get a transmitter with more channels if I do get the Corsair or just go with $100 one that comes with the kit and if I go to another plane in the future get another complete package? I think this is better but ...
Anyway I am looking for recommendations. Is it better to move up to the corsair first before going to 4 channels?
PS I would like to stay within the area of being able to fly in small areas such as schools, etc.
