Engine-out on the Real Flite sim is unfortunately a lot easier than real life, although it does give you a basic feel (mental preparation) for the kind of control inputs needed. The only way I found to make it more "real" was to re-build the plane in the custom box so the wing-loading was 30% greater.
If you lose an engine on roll-out, don't leave the ground. I don't care what you hit at the end of the runway, it won't be as bad as a one-engine takeoff!
