Mazlat, the thing I have discovered about sims, P/C types, is that if your plane is setup the way the sim is then you can do it at the field (if your fingers and brain do not freeze). By setup I mean the whole enchilada. Wing loading, span. throws, expo, lateral balance, engine and engine response, throttle curve, servo speed and resolution etc., etc., etc.. If and only if these conditions are met then the transference can be unbelievable.

All of my planes suffer fatal flaws in comparison, especially in the wing loading area!
