I have a perry pump also. If its the same (and i think it is) blue can with hose. DO NOT run the muffler back pressure line back to the tank. either run it out the cowl, or just ommit it all together. the pump dose not need any pressure.

I dont see how a pump will save your plane once your engine has quit. I would only run a pump if I am haveing fuel draw problems.
