There is no panel. It is strictly up to the person giving the item (you in this case) and the person wishing to receive the item (once someone PM's you). As you are doing, PM is the preferred method between the 2 parties once the post for someone that is giving an item or a post that someone is looking for an item

Just be a little careful as what you are offering is fantastic. Since you did this before you know what I mean

Does feel great , I just sent a complete radio and RX and an OS61 to 2 different people and I know of at least 2 planes that have been given not counting yours.

This thread is really starting to work well.
