First try on the Menu.....

Click:
-VIEW
-SHOW
then ALL Or check SHADOWS

OR

Go to Simulation on the Menu...
Click:
-SETTINGS
-GRAPHICS
-QUALITY
then look to the right of screen, make sure SHADOWS says YES

I have Shadows up the YinYag!
