There seems to be some discrepency regarding the standoffs for the DA50 on the Vision. The original manual said to use 2.5" standoffs, and the new "revised" manual says to use 1/25" standoffs. Problem is, with the shorter standoffs, that pushes the cowl back into the gear and you have to cut out a lot of cowl. Also, this would move your balance back a good bit.

Can anyone flying the Vision explain what standoffs you used, what you did about the cowl, how it balanced... battery & servo position, etc..

Also interested in your opinions on using the CA hinges as supplied?
