Hi does anyone know about this new plan from parkflyers.com

I have been flying for a while, and I liked this one because they say you can get up to 18min of time.
Let me know, also it says on the specs that it is 3 channels with elevators and rudder, but no alierons? Can you turn a plan simply using the rudder?
