What do you mean "I have my fuse straped to it's stand"?

Currently I'm haven a problem that my carb isn't priming so good at all. I see air bubbles in the fuel line when the engine is shutdown. Flipping the prop when full throttle and full choke isn't doing any thing in my fuel line.

Accept when I helping the carb by pulling of the fuel line and blow in the inlet of my tank until the gaz comes out and reinstall the line to the carb. Prime by flipping and smell the gaz and there it goes go like a rock.

But when the plane is set away for a while the story goes again. Last year I didn't have that kind of problems with my engine. But I did crash one time.

Does it make sense to you? Is my carb broken?
