Our plug is a short hot plug. This is what we have found to work the best with the .46 engine. Actually in all conditions a short hot plug has proven to work the best. There is alot of surface area to cover with the larger .46 piston/cylinder so the colder plugs just didn't cut it. The engine idles and runs much better with hot plugs at all times.
