Default Pitch Issues

Volare,
One thing to check is to make sure you are using the inner hole on the collective arm, the one toward the back of the heli. This is the big arm that moves up and down. Without your collective servo hooked up to the hole closest to the back, you can't get the full -+10 degrees you are looking for. This is also documented under the changes on Ace's website for the 3D linkage setup.

One thing that is not mentioned on Ace's site is this. If you do use that back hole, your linkage from the servo is no longer vertical but at a slant.

To fix this, first write down all your pitch settings as this will change them and you must fix after doing this.
Flip your servo over so the horn is to the back of the heli and reverse the direction of the servo travel also. Redo your pitch settings and have all linkages in center travel at 0 degrees. Bingo, a nice straight linear linkage again with -10 to +11 capability.

Dwayne.

PS - You should not have to go over 100% travel on any servo if your linkages are "by the book" to achieve -10 to +11. You only have to set them up the "3D way" as documented in the manual and Ace's website.
