i agree with lou the looper you carb butterfly is probably backwards. when the throttle is closed do you see the threads or screw head on the center of the butterfly. if you see the screw head it is backwards. disconnect the control linkage and reverce the butterfly so when the carb is closed you see the threaded end. Dont use synthetic oil for break in
